Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We have a fixed return shipping cost of 9 EUR.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or issues regarding a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Withdrawal Period in the EU
If goods are delivered within the EU, you have, regardless of the above, the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, without giving any specific reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. For cancellations within this period, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We have a fixed return shipping cost of 49 SEK.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the return, and whether the refund is approved or not. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund so that it appears on your account.

All payments are handled via secure and encrypted payment solutions. Payments made via Klarna are subject to Klarna’s terms and conditions. Payments made via PayPal are subject to PayPal’s user agreement and privacy policy.
We reserve the right to refuse an order if fraud is suspected or if the payment cannot be verified.
Complaints
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to file a complaint about a product within three (3) years from the date of receipt, provided the defect is original.
To file a complaint, contact us as soon as possible after discovering the defect via info@knappnalen.se with the following information:

For approved complaints, we cover the return shipping costs and compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We reserve the right to primarily remedy the defect through repair or replacement of the item.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises that we cannot resolve together with you as the customer, you may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and resolved in a Swedish court of general jurisdiction.
